Note: Some exercises are listed twice so that you can perform the movement on both sides of your body.
For each sequence, there are five functions available for you to view the exercises:
Full Sequence - View the photos, text description, and video associated with each exercise. Navigate through the sequence by selecting the previous/next linksat the top and bottom of each page.
Video Sequence - View the video associated with each exercise without the photos and text description. A video playlist begins with the first listed exercise and continues down the list sequentially.
Photo Sequence - View the start and end position photos for each exercise.
Slideshow Sequence - This feature works best once you have viewed the videos enough times to understand how to perform each exercise optimally. Begin by setting the amount of time that you'd like to exercise. Repetitions of start and end positions for each exercise will display until your desired time has elapsed.
Individual Exercises - Select any individual exercise listed in your sequence to view that exercise and/or navigate from that starting point instead of from the beginning.
