Message from Luther...

I'll be teaching an assisted stretching workshop at this year's Lucidity Festival. I love festivals. Nature, people, music, dancing, art, and education are some of my favorite things, especially when mixed together. Typically I like to roam around having fun, dancing, and socializing at gatherings like this. I always end up stretching with people as well, because I love to facilitate environments of cooperative exchange and mutual health development. This year, I've decided to do this formally by offering a workshop where I'll be teaching participants how to assist each other in removing accumulated dense fascia and scar tissue from the body. I'll also be offering private sessions at I AM Healing. My workshop will be happening in the Imaginarium on Sunday, April 9th at 9 am. Maybe I'll see you there. Hello spring!
